适用范围：

This standard specifies the requirements for intravenous needles for single use (intravenous needles) of designated metric sizes 0.36 mm to 1.2 mm, to ensure the intravenous needles suitable for gravity feed infusion sets , infusion sets or transfusion sets used with pressure infusion apparatus.
This standard provides guidance on the performance and quality specifications relating to materials of  intravenous needles.
Quality specifications for intravenous needles supplied with infusion and transfusion sets are provided from  Clause 3 to 8.1 and 8.3 of Clause 8.
