【国家标准】 气瓶搬运、装卸、储存和使用安全规定

This standard specifies the basic safety requirements for handling, loading and unloading, storing and using of gas cylinder in production, operation, storage area.
Cylinders described in the standard include seamless cylinders, welded cylinders, welded insulated cylinders, wrapped cylinder and cylinders containing materials at the normal ambient temperature of -40 ℃ to 60 ℃,with the nominal volume of 0.4 L to 3 000 L, the nominal working pressure of 0.2 MPa to 35 MPa (gauge pressure, the same below) and the product of pressure times volume greater than or equal to 1.0 MPa·L, these cylinders are used to fill compressed gases, high (low) pressure liquefied gases, cryogenic liquid gases, dissolved gases, adsorbed gases, liquid with standard boiling point equal to or lower than 60 ℃ and gas mixture.
